Who we are

NeuroFlutter, contactable at neuroflutter@outlook.com. For UK data-protection purposes, NeuroFlutter is the data controller for the information described here.

The mailing list

If you join the mailing list we store your email address and the date you consented. We use it only to send NeuroFlutter updates. We do not sell or share it. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can ask us to delete your address at any time.

Our legal basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form and can withdraw whenever you like.

Your address is also stored by Kit (kit.com), the email platform we use to send NeuroFlutter updates. Kit stores the date you consented and includes an unsubscribe link in every email.

Contributor submissions

If you submit a proposal we store what you send us — your name, email address, affiliation if you give one, your biography, and your proposed work — so that we can review it and reply. Submissions are read by the editorial team only. If we do not publish your work, we keep your submission for [to confirm] months and then delete it.

If we do publish it, your name, biography and any links you give us become part of the published page, with your agreement.

Analytics and cookies

Your rights

• Ask for a copy of what we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct it or delete it.
• Withdraw consent for emails at any time.
• Complain to the Information Commissioner's Office if you think we have handled your information badly.
